    Lunar Foam doesn’t last, FACT! When it bottoms out, call up Nike customer service and attempt to get a refund or voucher on your $110 retail. Then use it for a more durable-longer lasting ballin’ shoe.

    Actually this Kobe colorway is also priced at another $15 markup premium above other Hyperdunks, so $125 USD. Lot of money to spend on a shoe that eventually loses that forefoot area “NASA crash/insulation technology” cushioning.

    Great! Lunarfoam bottoms out, keep reading this with alarming frequency EVERYWHERE! And stupid old me just ordered a pair from eastbay cause i wanted to break the cycle of Shox. Ah well, at least i ordered 1 shox slam as well

    I just don’t understand why would NIKE spend so much time and money to market a shoe that’s clearly inferior to the Hurarche 2k4, and 2k5′s. I tried them on in a store and they just felt kind of cheap to me.

    regarding the collapse of the world as we knew it…you would think that they would have thunk that a material was well documented. What were they thinking if it is true. Did they use it because they wanted to use something that no one else was using. If so, there’s the reason why. Well, I guess these are shoes for NBA or college players to wear for one game then give away. Or for people to wear as casual. I also found them cheap feeling when I tried them on, but I bought them anyway. You can tell a great shoe for comfort/support/design when you try/wear them. One of the best I ever found was (don’t get on my case), the Vick 3′s???? They had straps that wound around….they were so protective. I could see where this was a shoe that you would have to TRY to hurt yourself in. They were so good, you could probably outrun a pack of dogs.

    hi h8rs. the hyperdunk is the lightest sickest shoe period. i have every colorway & have played n em all xcept the mcfly’s & none of them have “bottomed out” maybe ya’ll just 2 damn fat 2 b hoopin n em. get ya fat asses sum powermaxes stupid!
