Sneak Peek at Phil Jackson’s New Shoes

The man used to wear his own players’ kicks, and now, the opposite is on the verge of happening: ”Adidas is producing 15 pairs of kicks for the Lakers coach called the Phil Jackson Artillery shoe and it will come in two colorways — purple and gold (Lakers) and black and red (Bulls). The shoes also will sport an “X”, which represents the number of titles Jackson has won.”‘

When you see these you won’t be as impressed as you are now… each shoe in the pair is different colours… ugly as sin.

Nike is NOT always better than Adidas. Some shoes, yeah, but this whole notion that every Nike is bangin’ and every Adidas is wack is a myth.

Does his shoes come with extra padding?

  • LA Huey

I hear the AARP crowd is an untapped market. They better be real comfortable though.

I got an idea, have the bottom of the shoe trimmed with 10 championship rings, and a big X on the heel. I copyright this.

  • Yesse

Well, Phil Jackson really deserves his own shoe.

Ah, yes. “the Air Bombay loafer, for kids who wanna coach”

  • chintao

Already, I can’t buy Nike because of Jordan, Kobe, and LeBron. Now, I can’t buy Adidas because of Fphil? I’m guessing the “X” represents all 10 pairs of these shoes that they anticipate will be sold worldwide before they have to start giving the leftover stock to the needy.
