I’m liking The Sicks and their color coordinated laces. More important, I’m shocked that of Montreal played ball. Did I read that right?

“Played ball” is a very broad definition of what some of the rock bands were doing. And yes, The Sicks are really fresh.

Check for an in-depth interview with Converse Basketball General Manager Rick Wilson in the upcoming SLAM #140 print issue. I think UNDRCRWN does a pretty impressive job when it comes to “mashing up the worlds of basketball, community outreach and music.” And they’re more relevant. Looks like a dope event/concept tho.
