Co-sign Ryne. Those Adidas T-Mac 1′s are definitely dope.

Nice. Good god. I forgot TMac was on the Pistons. I really did.

  • Alan Paul Posted: Sep.29 at 3:27 pm
I think I immediately repressed the information. Eric, mad props for laughing at TMac’s shoes and calling him on “you used to have your own line…” Good stuff.

The all white t-mac 1′s were so dope. Looked good on and off the court. Could work with any jeans.

  • Teddy-the-Bear Posted: Sep.30 at 3:05 am
Yea… Good stuff Eric but you clowned on T-Mac a little too harshly…

  • Teddy-the-Bear Posted: Sep.30 at 3:13 am
Man, it’s still kind of sad for the fan in me to see T-Mac in a different uniform other than a Rockets’. I know the Rockets got a great deal for him (Kevin Martin) but they should have seen what he could still do. He had something like 11 and 4 in 7 minutes one time. Again, I understand why they did it but the fan in me didn’t want him to leave Houston, nor Carl Landry.
Real shame what injuries do to some of the all-time greats.

One of my all-time favorite players. I always took his side in the Kobe vs T-Mac debate in the early 2000′s. He was a beast and a great all around player. I really wanted to see the Grant Hill/T-Mac combo work out in Orlando, they woulda been killer together.

@teddy. i’m on the same page as u. t-mac is my favourite all time player. he’s the reason why i started following nba and rockets(not much nba coverage here in australia). when tmac got injured and traded i was devestated, but i’m a devoted rockets fan and team comes first. but tmac will still be my all the fave player and the reason why i started following nba

Interesting to note (rant incoming): when Ben was asked what part of his game he worked on last summer, this is what he pointed out: Post-up game, midrange game. Thast’s it. Ok first, post up game?? WTF you gonna post up guys 3-4 inches taller than you Ben? Really? Yeah good luck with that. Secondly, and this is crucial, I was waiting for him to go “Yeah I’ve really been working on my defense, my ball-handling and my passing, cause really, last season, I SUCKED AT ALL OF THOSE.” I’ve always been a Pistons supporter, and I’ve been quietly hoping that Ben morphs into a really good pickup for them last year amidst people saying otherwise. But now I see he has zero commitment on becoming a well-rounded player, and content to be exactly what he’s been all his career: an undersized, shoot first, defensively handicapped 2-dimensional chump he’s always been, and always will be. God, eff you Ben. You suck.

It’s a love/hate thing with Ben Gordan. I know it was for me when he was reppin the windy city. He could be the best 6th man in the L if he would accept that role. Hope he has a good season because I was a huge BG fan when he was a Bull.

Is it just me or does it look like Rip worked on his hair line game over the summer?
