Gallery: Gone But Not Forgotten

We bid adieu to 14 teams and their sneakers.

They didn’t win enough, but they looked good losing. That could be the motto of the 14 teams that aren’t headed into Saturday’s Playoffs. We may not miss the Golden State Warriors’ knack for Ls, but G-State was the best-laced team in the League this season. A lot of players (Kevin Love, Blake Griffin, Steve Nash) were great, but their teams…not so much. So enjoy this sendoff to the teams that brought something to the table most nights this season, even if that thing wasn’t victories.

    I wish i could find the 1st HD’s. The ’10′s are uncomfortable.
Morrow’s Air Go LWP’s are sizzling hawt. Had the originals and were the most comfy bball kivks i owned: untill the OG Hyperdunks hit the scene.

Really? I felt like the first HD’s were really stiff and became uncomfortable after a while. Bought a pair of 2010′s and they’re perfect for me.

Guess our feet are different. I wore Shox for 8 years, loved them, not a single ankle injury before that after having a history of those before.
Once i got into the OG -HD’s: foot heaven. Bought 4 pairs, and only one has any grip/support left.
HD 2010′s never gave me that safe feeling and my knees killed me after every game.
Looking forward to the new Shox Hyperballers (Marion’s been wearing ‘em lately)
