Kicks: Li-Ning Cement Hero ‘South Beach’

A hot colorway debuts on a new sneak.

Via Counterkicks:

The most hyped color combo for sneakers in the last year was the bright turquoise and pink mix collectively referenced as “South Beach” that debuted on the Nike LeBron 8. We’ve seen it styled up on other Nike and Jordan Brand shoes since, but now the flavor has jumped international waters to the China market.

Li-Ning rolls out their Cement Hero silhouette this month in a “South Beach” theme which serves primarily as eye catching accents on a grey and black base rather than a full blown Miami-streaked party. If you’re in China, these Cement Hero’s will run you 399 yuan.

thought about buying the B-Diddys but I just didn’t feel comfortable going w/ the unknown for something as important as bball shoes. Anybody tried this brand?

^ in China, this brand is anything but unknown. It’s the Nike of Asia. Tried a pair on, they’re not bad considering 399 yuan is like $50 CAD/USD

Are you sure that Nike isn’t the Nike of Asia? Lol
