Here at SLAMonline, we’re all about basketball—but that doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy the other sports, too. And today, Nike made waves by introducing the all-new Elite 51 NFL uniforms to be worn starting this fall, as the company takes over as the official apparel provider for pro football. Not only do the brand-new jerseys feature some aesthetic changes (the Seahawks’ being the most dramatic), but they are lighter, stronger and feature advances like Nike FlyWire technology. We’ll have more from the Nike/NFL Launch in Brooklyn yesterday, where representatives from every one of the 32 NFL teams were in attendance to talk about their new duds.
