The good folks at Nike just can’t contain themselves. Since LeBron James and the Miami Heat picked up the NBA title in 2012, it’s been a flood of excitement from the Swoosh. The latest creation is the Nike LeBron X NSW “Cork,” which is an ode to the Champagne-popping night of June 21, following the King’s first Championship.

More, straight from Nike: “A distinction that stands the test of time like a fine champagne, and inspiration for a genuine cork version of James’ tenth signature shoe.  Inspired by the LEBRON X performance shoe, Nike Sportswear brings a sophisticated edge to the shoe with premium materials and fabrication intended for off-court use. The Nike Sportswear LEBRON X cork shoe launches globally in December in limited quantities.”

That’s actually a pretty cool colorway. Wouldn’t know what to wear with it though

@Trent I know what you mean, they might look okay in some jeans, but i’m not into rocking them with the scarf lol

    These are fresh.

This is possibly turning into a costly marketing joke for Nike. There’s a LeBron X for everybody…capable of shelling out $200 and up. Haven’t seen a soul wear any of these variations yet. Not in the gym, not on the block. Maybe I should be checking the low-light VIP sections in the exclusive clubs to spot a pair. For $310 Nike will even put you to work in the design dept. WTF!

Wear them with whatever you want.

1 of the few LeBrons I would wear somewhere fancy.

D*mn, that’s a cold concept! Completely original. I can’t remember the last time I said “I gotta have these” about a pair of sneakers. But I gotta have these.
