By now you know the famous story that Kevin Durant, had he not been a professional basketball player, had dreams of being a TV weatherman. Hence the “Weatherman” colorways of previous KD signature sneakers. This time around, for the Nike Zoom KD VI, there’s the “Meteorology” colorway—which features a stealth black-and-olive green upper and doppler radar mapping in atomic red. According to Nike, “Topographical map and grid patterns on the upper showcase locations connected to Durant’s journey, appearing as reflective longitudinal coordinates for Austin, Texas; Oklahoma City, Okla.; and Washington, D.C.”
