Reebok Question Mid ‘#1 Draft Pick’ (KICKS)

The Reebok classic comes to retail August 23.

The 1996 NBA Draft was no joke. And the No. 1 pick? None other than Allen Iverson, a diminutive shooting guard from Georgetown. Straight out the gate, AI was rocking Reebok, specifically the Question in his rookie year. To honor that season, Reebok is dropping the Question Mid “#1 Draft Pick” later this month, which comes in a colorway designed to pay tribute to Iverson’s career in Philadelphia with a nostalgic royal/white/red treatment—playing off the Sixers uniforms of the late ’90s. The Question’s normal “3″ on the heel is replaced with a “1″ in honor of Iverson’s draft position.

Per Reebok, limited pairs of this Question colorway will hit retail on Friday, August 23 for $125 at retailers including Foot Locker, Finish Line, Jimmy Jazz, Villa, DTLR, Champs, and Reebok.com.

Wondering why these are called the # 1 picks when these are the SAME EXACT COLOR way as the Detroit Piston Questions from a few years back… hence the number 1 on the heel that AI wore as a Piston. Talk about lazy.

They could’ve came up with a way better number 1 pick story. They must don’t care too much offer their.

I haven’t really liked any of the “collabo” Questions that have dropped, but these are pretty dope.
