Introducing Brandblack Sneakers (KICKS)

New performance footwear and apparel brand launching in November.

Meet Brandblack—a brand new footwear and apparel company launching in early November 2013, birthed from the brain of David Raysse, former Director of Basketball at adidas and one-time lead designer at FILA. Raysse, who designed the Grant Hill II, is bringing Brandblack to basketball beginning on November 12.

Brandblack hopes to fuse the “aesthetic sensibility of high fashion with the most advanced technology in the industry.” Basically, high fashion x high performance basketball shoes. We’ll have much more from Brandblack closer to the brand’s launch. In the meantime, for more, follow @brandblackla on Instagram.

I gotta give it to Nike man. The Air Force 1 is a 30 year old design and shoe companies are still copying it. Timeless.

The mid cut shoes look like Nike boots with a sneaker bottom. lol

I have a BrandBlack shirt I bought a few years back. Is this a relaunch/expansion of the apparel brand? I love the BrandBlack player shirt I got from them… a lot of their stuff is pretty cool: http://digitalmilitia.com/brandblack.php

And I thought FILA and Grant Hill’s shoes were ugly…. It’s like they are just bent on making rubber shoes.

Wouldn’t mind trying out those lows.

lows are pretty cool probably wouldn’t ball in them though but those high tops are somewhere between ugly and a one of those hipster spike shoes if peak designed them but there logo is pretty cool though a subtle version of nike, peak and anta’s logos
