When I was younger, all I wanted to do was to be able to ball in a pair of Jordans. Then I became an adult and can buy my owns without moms and pops going crazy, and was able to fulfill that dream. But that dream soon became a let down after seeing how my precious J’s would get scuffed and then ultimately deteriorate with play after play.
I’ve now succumbed to the fact that I should just rock them on a daily basis so that I can better preserve their aesthetics for as long as I can. Then I wouldn’t have to worry about how peeps are steppin all over them as I’m driving the lane… hahaha!
These AFJ4s are probably my favorite out of all of the entire line so far, but I still WOULDN’T BUY THEM! Just out of straight principle of the matter! Let me break it down for you fellas…
J’s (the o.gs., while Jordan was still playing ) are what…anywhere from $100-$135 originally right? And the AF1s were what $65 originally?
To me, the combo of the 2 should be an average of the 2 meaning if it’s an AFJ3 then it should be J’s 3 $100 + AF1 $65 = $165/2 = $82.5 or at most the original price of the J’s! Or an AFJ12, AJ12= $135 + AF1 $65 = $190/2 = $90 or again not exceeding $135. It’s just ridiculous to me that Nike would charge so much for something that’s pretty much been designed already! They’re just repackaging sh!t and charging more for it! Makes no sense! I WILL NOT BE SUCKERED INTO BUYING THAT SH!T, even though I really dig em!
Just one man’s opinion!
oh yeah
oh yeah about time i see real shoes and not wookies
