Hmmm never seen them before?! Mind you, if it wasn’t worn by some player particularly (or wasn’t some crap AND1 shoe?!) we didn’t get it in Australia….even now the retail stores have NOTHING. I mean literally nothing. ATHELETES FOOT stores carry NO basketball shoes whatsoever.

Throwbacks work b/c they take you back to how you felt when you put em on as a high school kid, or whatever. It’s that emotional component that hooks you. If these came out now for the first time now, I’m not sure if people would be as enthusiastic. Having said that, they’re pretty sharp… to me, at least.
