Nike Say No Classic Mix, Vol. 2

Demar DeRozan, Lil’ Romeo, Malcolm Lee and more!

The Nike Say No Classic in 2008 was a great tournament that housed some of the top young talent in the nation for the NCAA. One video has already been shown to the SLAM faithful. From another camera comes more footage not previously shown. Most of the Say No Mix’s second volume is new footage, with exception to a few outstanding plays that are shown from a different camera angle. Enjoy! — Justin Walsh

    That footage of Lil Romeo in there…that’s the only footage you’ll see of him playing against college people your whole life. To be real, he got PUNKED in this tourney.

    Justin, that’s a pretty safe statement that the Laker’s won’t eclipse the 72-10 record, because they already have 10 losses and they still have a tendency to lose focus when playing chum teams, so sweeping the rest of the season is not possible, with the 5 game streak they are riding, they would have to win 25 more, and finish the season with a 30 game win streak, and that would put them at 72-10…. if they go into the last few games of the season with a cushion, Phil may let some games go, Kobe won’t like it, but they may rest a team that is tiring….see Gasol…less dunks, more flip shots…they need Bynum back to give at least 25 minutes of rest to Gasol and Odom….
