Video: Jones Scores 8 Points in 11 Seconds

Mark it in the record book.

It was a feat even Jamal Crawford –  the king of all four-point possessions — would be proud of. The Heat played behind the Hawks the entire game, but for a brief moment, it seemed like Miami had the momentum it needed to get back into the game. The unlikeliest of heroes, James Jones, completed two four-point plays within 11 seconds to cap the Heat’s 14-0 run in the 2nd quarter. By halftime, the spurt was 19-2.

The Hawks didn’t know what hit them, and the crowd didn’t know who was hitting them. But the American Airlines Arena cheered right on cue anyway. (H/T: BDL)

Even more amazing that those 8 points represented like 11% of ALL the Heat’s points.

One of the craziest 11 seconds I witnessed as a solo effort in my life, and it was James Jones!

This was like getting Megan Fox’s panties down and then suffering a case of limp di*k at the same time.

wouldn’t you then improvise and get the job done anyway, Eboy?

  • Eboy Posted: Apr.28 at 3:46 pm
Oh……I would Anton……but the Heat last night? They couldn’t get water hard in a freezer.

haha wow Eboy. nice touch. this series absolutely confuses me. one game it looks like the Heat will be sweeping the Hawks, then the Hawks just torch the Heat on their homecourt.

That second foul was complete bullsh1t anyway… This series will be close but I still like the Hawks in 6, or maybe 7 if Wade can pull out another monster game.

While completely irrational, If he kept that pace over 48 minutes, he’d score about 2,094 pts…just saying

@Atown. You sir, have a lot of time on your hands

    lol nice one, E.
Wade’s back is bothering him, Jamario is out…everything looks to favor the Hawks.

At least it wasn’t Damon Jones.
