Video: K-Mart Calmly Rejects Cuban’s Apology

by Marcel Mutoni

Mark Cuban apologized to Kenyon Martin and his mother for his treatment of her following Game 3 of the Nuggets/Mavs series. And the apology came via Cuban’s blog. Of course it did.

Judging by his reaction when he and Cuban (who will not be in attendance in Denver tonight) locked eyes following Game 4, I think it’s fair to say that K-Mart isn’t a voracious reader of Mark’s blog.

From NBC Dallas-Fort Worth (audio definitely not safe for work):

You stay classy, Dallas. I’m sure Denver will be happy to have your team in The Can tonight. Oh and Jukai, you SUCK!

I heard that Cubes is suffering from a sprained vagina, that is the cause of all this.

1- KMart is not a fake tough guy. You can’t call him a lot of things, but his toughness has NEVER been in question. 2- I don’t condone what he said but if that’s what it takes to take Cube’s ass back to his luxury suite. So be it. You’re an owner for god’s sake! Stop getting involved with what’s happening on the court!

Sorry, but K-Mart is not tough. Neither is Mark Cuban.

Fat Lever: Martin is not a bust, at least not when you look at the other lottery picks from that draft. The list goes: 1. Martin, 2. Stromile Swift, 3. Darius Miles, 4. Marcus Fizer, 5. Mike Miller, 6. DerMarr Johnson, 7. Chris Mihm, 8. Jamal Crawford, 9. Joel Przybilla, 10. Keyon Dooling, 11. Jerome Moiso, 12. Etan Thomas, 13. Courtney Alexander. Martin has had a much better career than any of the other players. Crawford and Miller are about the only other ones who wouldn’t be considered “busts”. Remember, Kenyon Martin has had microfracture surgery since he came to the Nuggets. Hard to say whether his career dropped off because of this, or because Jason Kidd was no longer his teammate, but at least he’s still a legit NBA player.

  • Orlando Woolridge

I’m with Donovan here…hate is hate no matter the form and should not be tolerated. F U to anyone who thinks otherwise. Now, I don’t think it needs to be made into a huge deal, but praising him for spouting some ignorance seems pretty silly.

    Jukai, way to stay classy.

The Guy Came Back From Microfracture Surgery On BOTH Knees To Become One of The Best Defenders In The League. Sounds Like A Bust To Me. New Jersey Should Issue An Apology For Taking Him First! Anton, Melo Is Gonna Choke Vuvab!tch And Vuvab!tch Will Get A Flagrant For It. That’s How It Works In The NBA These Days!

Diesel: Who’s making too big of a deal? I simply was wondering. I’m not naive; I know the NBA, much less the sports world in general, is never going to be some kind of standard bearer for eradicating discrimination in that regard. But I just think it’s funny so many people who are getting their rocks off to Martin standing up for being “disrespected” apparently have no care at all he did the same thing, if not worse, because of the amount of people his statement applied to. It’s 2009. And no one had even MENTIONED it here through like 70 or 80 posts. ………………………… BTW, it’s really dope someone with the handle “Orlando Woolridge” exists.
