Slamadaday: Avery Bradley on Richie Gordon

Don’t say Avery Bradley didn’t make the most of his 17 minutes last night against WCU. Here, the frosh (watch out John Wall!) puts 6-9 Richie Gordon on a poster.

UT Baby! Our team looks good this year. Got a nice blend of veterans and young guys.

Actually, I sort of take back what I said… Avery didn’t do much else in his 17 minutes!

That’s because he didnt have to do much else. I think he’s in a good situation here because he’s not good enough yet to where he can dominate a game (like John Wall) but hes going to be a nice player around Damion James, Dexter Pittman, and other guys like that. But next year he, Jordan Hamilton, and J’Covan Brown will take over.

I agree BK All Day. This year will test the mettle of the freshmen and next year will be their year to dominate and take over the leadership of the team!I still expect Avery Bradley to have a break-out season before March Madness…he’s just that good!
