damn, that was nasty for real. he cleared old boy with mad space. granted, the dude he jumped over was a midget, but still. that was impressive.

wow, it’s impressive cuz 7 footers just don’t jump that high. He’s one with hops!

  • T-Money

Wow, he’s so coordinated. From the video, I would have guessed that he’s 6’7-6’8 swingman. I know nothing about this kid but he’s going pro for sure. You just don’t get that many 7-footers that can move that well.

    2 legit

  • When I lose this gut I’m gonna cross you up

what the hell kinda charge was dude trying to take?

  • therighttoremainsalient

the kind of charge you take on a 5’4 guy that dribbles with his head down…. certainly not the kind of charge you should think of taking on a 6’10 guy who’s second step is about 2.4 meters long and reached over 11 feet to then have to bring the ball DOWN to dunk it….
    shock.and.awe.

  • therighttoremainsalient

The thing I don’t get…why does that team in white have TEN BENCH PLAYERS…. TEN?… SO many scrubs not getting burn right now.

  • therighttoremainsalient

I guarantee this is the first and last time we hear of a player named Matt Moran…

  • Rob

Wow, great coordination I agree with T-money, he moves like a 6’8 guy. If he develops it’s gonna be hard for NBA’s centers to keep up with him. He looks fast running down the floor

D.J. Richardson, Brandon Paul, Jereme Richmond (who I’m STILL waiting for Slam to do an article on) and Meyers Leonard – Illinois is gonna be FUN to watch next year!

Wow! We got a white Shawn Kemp (minus the snarl). Dude has ballhandling too. First waiting for a guard and when none is available, take it all the way himself. Go young fella!

Kids these days trying to do the jumpman logo every chance they get.
    Nice shoes though.

  • Stillballin

    Whiteman can jump.

Straight ridic. The B.J. Mullens comparisons have some justification based on the athleticism, although his skill set is not quite where the OKC rookie’s was during his HS days.

  • steve

Meyers is 7′ when this dunk occurred, not 6’10″. Makes it all the more impressive. Of course a couple
of years ago he was 6’4 and a guard, a good dribbler.
