Video: J-Smoove’s Plays Of The Year

by Lang Whitaker

Got a link today to this highlight reel of Josh Smith’s best plays of the season. On the heels of his near triple-double against Milwaukee in Game Two and second-place finish in the Defensive Player of the Year voting, this is well worth a few minutes of your time…

Josh Smith is B.A. and everything, really good player, but that video was like the same plays shown over and over again from different angles.

I wish Joe Johnson doesnt go anywhere after this season cause this Hawks team is really fun to watch and beware of them Orlando

They excluded the game winner vs Houston…

One of the league’s most complete players. If there was an all around player of the year award JSmoove would be nominated no doubt.

imagine if he played with jkidd

awesome highlights. given the reining in of his game—on a solid team that clearly benefited from that change—he “improved” more than aaron brooks IMO.

    Hawks in the finals?

Rubbish. Like Lee says…. same s*** again and again. Whats with the ‘I didn’t touch it’ type flinching after dunks these days. Not cool

For players under 6’10″, josh Smith is the best shot blocker in NBA history.

    Ben Wallace?

jsmoove is sooooo much better than lebron james… his left hand dunk is sexy and he shoots like the big easy

  • The Philosopher

Ben Wallace is a great argument.

Yeah, it lowkey was about 2 minutes of highlights. I mean, I remember seeing the game winning dunk like 3 times. Decent video, but looked like it was from only like 5 games, which makes J-Smoove that much more sick, I guess.

hey elton brand is under 6-10 too

Nice dunks. this dude has incredible hops, and is probably the best dunker in the league. He impacts the game without having any plays called for him. The Bulls thought Tyrus Thomas could be that type of player but he was a bust. Immature and attitude problems. Josh looks like he’s put it all together.

Smoove should have been a definite All-Star this year, but he’s proving the NBA wrong in the playoffs for not saying so. Go Smoove! Futre MVP!

Ben Wallace as someone else said. He did it for years and years. Comparing mature apples and baby oranges!

    Shout out to John Pinone.
