Video: Sickest High School Dunk Contest?

Yesterday’s contest was definitely up there with the best. Junior Shaquille Johnson from Milton (GA) High put on the best show, but Marshall Plumlee played to the crowd and ultimately took the hardware home. The other pogo sticks weren’t anything to sneeze at, either: Deuce Bello, Ike Nwamu, Marcus Gilbert and Demetris Morant.

    I´m against soccer tricks in slam dunk contests. Other than that, the white dude is just awkward. The others contestants were a thousand times better.

    You mean it is better than the NBA dunk contest where the players get 2 dunks and the fans pick the winner? I agree.

    #21 looking like a young Rudy Gay out there. Everyone knows white dunkers get the same kind of extra credit that short dunkers get. There not suposed to be able to do it so they over rated we they do, even tho he appeared to be the least impressive of the bunch, im cool with giving his lil buddy a some kind of soccer tophy to fair compensate them for thier preformance.

    that was a ridiculous contest, but the winner?!?! is that a joke. he hate cuz assist dunks with his soccer buddy. he couldnt dream of the dunks the other guys were doing.look how tight his arms are when he rocks and windmills! the others STTTREEEETTTCHHED! thats a joke if ive ever seen one, and one of the best contests if that kid didnt win.

    Totally agree with most of you guys. The difference between Marshall Plumlee and the others is none of the others used assists for their dunks. Shaquille Johnson should have won, though. Dude jumped over someone and didn’t even touch him! Usually, the shorts or part of their legs touch the person’s head, but Shaq cleared the dude.
