Video: UK Recruit Anthony Davis With Steal, Dunk

Move over Peter Parker, there is a new spider man in town! Anthony Davis’ combination of length and agility may make him the nation’s most intriguing prospect. The future Kentucky Wildcat is putting up otherworldly stats so far this season — 41 points, 21 boards in a game this past weekend and 37, 15, 11 blocks, 6 steals and 6 assists in a 97-63 loss last week — but his team is still waiting for its first win. Despite reaggravating a left arm injury, the 6-10 Davis did his part in a Perspectives-Joslin’s game last night. Unfortunately, his team was handed its fifth-straight loss to start the season.

We will see how good he does when he plays other people his size.

I agree with what Money$hot just said .

@Money$hot & truth, that’s just his HS team. He balled against the best in the nation all summer — his only summer — on the elite prep circuit and more than held his own. He’s legit.

Interestingly the steal was more spectacular, than the dunk.

  • Me

that was weak, i seen more exciting lay-ups in pre-games than that

Wow, for all the haters, post a clip of your amazing dunks! Dang, we should be lifting these younguns up, not tearing them down. Just trying to give the dude some shine, my first hearing of him.

  • the truth

He’s not the number one recruit in the nation for no reason

37 and 15 is impossible in a 97-63 loss because that’s at leats 67 points
