Nice to see some Amar’e off-court stuff, he looks like a real nice guy, makes me like him more as a ball-player

it may have been a boring interview to us hoop fans but for random casuals they prolly just got interested in the knicks because of all amare has been through in his career. frankly, i could care less about the knicks unless they look like they can rebound play D and control their turnovers. their coach thinks defense is a city in australlia so they prolly wont go anywhere.

gotta give it up to amare – after two serious career threatening surgeries (eye and microfracture) he’s back and dominating like an MVP candidate.

Seems like a well educated and upstanding guy

  • youngmuggsy

@MVPballer – You’re a very perceptive man, all I got from that interview was generic pro athlete answers.

You can tell that this young man has absolutely no education OR diction. High school does not count. At least Kobe sounds smart.
    Nice kid, though.

  • Dee

@ The Philosopher..You are a fool for saying high school does not count. Amar’e was well-spoken and his diction was fine.

@ The Phil….Just because he doesnt speak like Barack Obama doesnt mean he has speech problems, he spoke decently. He didnt seem like a dumbass.
