Nobody throws down long-distance oops quite like this guy.

The dunk was ok..Blake is over rated..Erik Dampier is the best dunker of all time

    hot damn
    !

  • J.C.

Gotta give credit to Foye for that one, that pass was on point.

love BG but I have to admit, I was more impressed with the pass on this particular play. the catch and finish isnt easy but the pass was perfectt.

    Pin point pass, useless D.
Simon says stop while the ball is in the air.

    throw it at the backboard

  • Jer dawg

Incredible lob. Never seen one thrown near the other end of three point line. What a luxury to have someone that coordinated to time the jump and finish the play. Still love the reverse dunk lob from Eric Blesoe.

That may have been closer to 60 ft rather than 50. Maybe longer than that.

  • MusketeerX

    Holy wow!

  • http://slamonline.com Anton

I’d bench him for jumping off the wrong foot.

  • Zarfan

How come Blake can finish 60-foot alley-oops in real life, but not in 2k11? Probably the first time a player is better than his video game counterpart.

Props to Foye! anyone know if Blake’s brother is still with the Suns?

  • http://hoopistani.blogspot.com hoopistani

Randy Foye should be in the title of this post

  • Ickon

@BossTerry Last I heard he was playing in Belgium after getting released by the Suns.

    lol @ anton

@2k champ- Might be a bit early to mention Blake in the same breathe as Eric Dampier. Dampier has established himself as not only the dominant force of his era, but also probably as the greatest player of all-time. Griffin has a long way to go to match Dampiers level of co-ordination and explosiveness.

    Great finish, even better pass.

  • tavoris

ti’s really 72-73 feet…he threw the pass from right at the top of the key. Foye’s pass WAS on the money. Long alley-oop passes are HARD. BG’s timing to chase it down is impressive.

  • greg

forcing the dampier thing isnt really working. cant replace brian scalabrene jokes, nothing beats jackie moon at his best

  • Fboy

@greg. Jackie moon??? Dude your a loser

  • NJ4Life

Was anyone else hoping “50-foot oop” was referring to the height of the ball? Blake is crazy.

  • http://slamonline.com Ugh

@tavoris – the top of the key is outside the three point line now? Are you totally blind, sir?

  • FruitMan?

He is arguably the best player ever along with Michael Jordan, Antoine Walker, and Elvin Hayes.

  • http://slamonline.com dougiefreshh

antoine walker please id replace him with robert horry anyday! (thinking walker one of the best…)

  • K.a.

Thought it was just an ok dunk

  • tavoris

Hey Ugh-Foye was outside the 3 point line, but he was NOT past the line at it’s furthest point from the middle of the court. Nice try, but u FAIL.

  • Mike From Spain

Who are the Miami big three? Dampier, Arroyo and Jones?

  • http://blogs.thescore.com/tbj/2011/01/21/video-rudy-fernandez-guests-on-the-benny-hill-show/ SMK73

@Zarfan – excellent point re: video Blake.

  • http://slamonline.com Ugh

@tavoris – you said the top of the key. There’s only one top of the key and it’s inside the three point line. Don’t weasel your way out of idiocy.

  • http://slamonline.com Ugh

Hell, his foot’s on the Staples print when he lets go of the ball! That’s five feet past the top of the three. You have not the brains of a sheep, sir.

  • tavoris

Ugh – why are you so in love with me?
