Maaaan, when Carlito came out my wife was like “oh hey, I love this song! Isn’t he that Gnarles Barkley guy that did ‘Crazy’ too?”
I took a deep breath and told her, “babe, F*CK Gnarles Barkley and ‘Crazy’. I got two words for you – Goodie. Mob.”
My man used to do his THING with them cats. Still Standing is still one of my favorite albums.
His verse from “I Refuse Limitation” as well as his verse from OutKast’s “Git Up Git Out” are classics.
But all he’s known for is Gnarles Barkley. Ain’t that a b*tch.
For the record, I actually like that “Crazy Joint”. “Going On” too. But the man deserves recognition for hos rhyming skills too.

Man, Cee-Lo should’ve brought out Gipp, Khujo and T-Mo and did a couple Goodie Mob classics.

cee-lo’s song sounded HORRIBLE. that song was already pretty played. the new “forget you” version is so weak.

Not that I’m a huge fan of Cee-Lo Green or Far East Movement, but their mics all sounded really terrible. You couldn’t hear a thing they were saying.
@ Lake Show: Chances are he was called “Cee-Lo” before you were finished grade school. Just saying…
