    it was a nice lookin pass but he traveled, you cant sit here and tell me you did’nt see him land on his pivot and clearly move both feet to gather up for the pass

    i’m with keith on the travel thing, you can’t land on two feet, then turn around without one of the legs being the pivot foot. so many highlights should never have counted.

    I think it was a travel but definatly hard to pick up right away for the refs, especially when they are concentrating on the fact that hes about to throw a 92 foot oop. No ref in the league would ever call that.

    Saw this happen live and it was crazy. In fact the first 6 minutes of this game by Wade was crazy. The Heat let them back in though. Has to be arguably one of the greatest passes ever (especially if we are considering oops only). LeBron’s off the backboard later would have been up there with this had he slammed it cleanly.

    Some of you all are INSANE! The word hate is thrown around so much by players/fans/and especially blog post COMMENTERS, that the definition is grossly skewed. I’ve witnessed little to no HATE in this thread. Point blank period, Wade travelled [FACT]. Was it an amazing play… NO QUESTION. Those two things can coexist you know w/o it being hate. D%mn, lol.

    yes, it was a travel. and if you know anything about basketball u should be able to tell. what he did would be the same thing as coming down with a board then just walking ahead two steps without dribbling. if he woulda kept his right pivot foot it wouldnt of been a travel, but he didnt…

    @MrRLW if you watch any NBA games, you should no there is no such thing as a travel in the NBA. There are only “crab dribbles” and other instances of creative moves that are incorrectly labeled as travels (sarcasm). For real though, by NBA standards, that does not constitute a travel…

    @ AllenP after a jumpstop though? I know if you’re dribbling, then jump stop, you cannot take two steps after. Isn’t him grabbing the rebound and landing on two feet essentially a jumpstop? I don’t have a full grasp of the NBA rule book, just playing devils advocate.

    Anyway, there are so many wannabe referees on this site. Every highlight posted there are 5-6 posts with people calling travel.
