Slamadaday: Dwight Howard on Jrue Holiday

Often, the best time to judge an in-game dunk is when it happens on the road, by how the enemy crowd and opposing bench fail to reign in their enthusiasm for the play. Dwight Howard in Philly last night received a perfect 10 on both counts:

    1. That dude in the suit on the Sixers bench was hilarious.
    2. So was the announcer who said “Mmmm, mmmm” about the dunk. Mainly because it was a white dude and it sounded so funny coming from him. The other announcer saying “You can get hurt like that” was also hilarious.
    3. That was one of the nastiest alley oops I’ve ever seen. Mainly because Howard dunked so hard when he typically likes to just drop it in. Nasty.

    I don’t think Jrue knew who the opp was going to, he was watching the ball the whole time thinking he could steal the pass.

    And Iggy is wack for jumping up like that. I hate when dudes on the bench react that way to their teammate being embarrassed.
