Man this might be the best overall playoffs in a decade. At least.

Refs in the second half made bad calls in favour of the Spurs and the Grizzlies held their own, slowly building up their poise and were up 3 with 2 seconds left when this happened. And then they lose in overtime. IF Grizzlies can bring out this type of intensity on the ROAD, I imagine SA to fumble in game 6, in Memphis. Damn im annoyed by this result, that was Memphis’ game!

Manu’s near-three from the right corner was not too shabby either. Memphis messed up their execution late in regulation, Conley overdribbled a few times, had to rely on 3 jumpers by Marc and Zach (2 misses, 1 made) and FT’s to get points.
They should have kept grinding away, hope this doesn’t come back to haunt them.

Saving your team from elimination with a single shot is a beautiful thing! Good shooter this Gary fella is.

That was an insanely awesome finish…This and Manu’s shot in the corner were both INSANE! Love it! That being said, I’m not so sure the Spurs can stay alive for another game though. It took 33 pts from Manu -1 arm and a rediculous 3 point buzzer beater from a little known role player to to get the win at home. The fans are going to be nuts in game 6 and Memphis just might run the old Spurs off the court.

I love how the Spurs can always find players that seem overlooked or forgotten or just simply un-known by other teams. Gary Neal is a true pro.

@David It was the Grizz broadcast, I’m sure he wasn’t too excited about the shot. lol.

That one shot can turn this whole series around. What about that back door play from Duncan to Ginobili? Reminiscent of Doc’s alley opp play to KG in the Knicks series. 2 points with virtually no time off the clock. Coaching matters.

+1 on the Spurs scouting. Outside of TD, their entire rotation is made up of undrafted and late first and second round players.

Spurs should have lost, can’t wait till they lose, then they are dismantled and makes life easier for my Lakers for the next three years. I Hate Tim Duncan, Gary saved them. Battier messed up, like someone stated before. Memphis will play the Lakers to go to Finals. Memphis will beat one man superstar, I take all the shots, don’t need Westbrook having heart Kevin Durant. Memphis in 5 over OKC. BOOK IT!!
