Video: 5-6 Aquille Carr

Size? Pshh…

Check out Aquille Carr, the 5-6 sophomore point guard from Patterson High School in Baltimore. Carr’s charismatic swagger, saucy handle, and remarkable playmaking ability have garnered lots of attention, as he recently declined an offer of $750,000 to play professionally in Italy. You can see more of Carr this summer in the AAU Circuit with the Baltimore Panthers, and on TheMarsReel.

That team in Italy stated that the alleged offer never actually happened. http://www.sportando.net/eng/italy/serie-a/27276/tanjevic_denies_rumors_on_aquille_carr_in_roma.html

There is only one cat in the last 10 years that I have seen with that kind of handle.
And, his name is Phillip “Hot Sauce” Champion.
The ball is attached to this kid’s Carr’s) hands.
He, in my opinion, can play in the NBA.

How about we stop hyping up these old dudes that can’t get academics together??!! The game we love is a GAME and all it does is prepare you for life after the game. STARS?! Wow!!!! We see and coach kids that are better ball players and actually have GREAT grades to match but they get pushed to the side!! Something is really wrong here people!!!
