Video: LeBron James Beats the Buzzer

Game 1′s third quarter ends with style.

The first contest of the NBA Finals has been low in the scoring department, but that didn’t stop LBJ from drilling this three-pointer as the third quarter came to a close.

Now all the Heat gotta do is keep Mario Chalmers off Gloria James.

  • Jono

The best player of our generation.

  • slamfan4life

    illuminati………………lol hes too good

  • Coney Islander

If him and Dwade are both playing well on a given night, there is no chance for opponents.

  • Lan

    Travel!

    ^^^
Did you know, that in the NBA, one is allowed two steps before a shot? I know, crazzzzzzzy.

Anytime Miami’s bench outplays the mavs bench who is supposed to be the best in the L, the mavs or gonna lose..

  • OvaChicken

Nobody could stop that shot. Not even Bill Russell. Bron played solid as. Haters Where are you ? Probably feeling like Brandon Haywood when he missed the open dunk , he 7 feet tall & sciird to take it strong – ‘That’s when you lost.’ Wade stunk it up a little in the first half but the D was sic & as usual in the last few minutes made up for his shortcommings. Dallas look like they can’t umph with Miami D when its on (That’s what’s going to bring em the Title). Also Dallas on D look shook & i’m lovin’ every second of it. Oh yes it’s Wades team BUT BRON IS THE MAN IN MIAMI. Hatas shhhhhhhhhh :-)

    ^^
Did you know that he took 3 steps?
I know, lebron with a travel craaaaaaazy.
nice play though me myself I wouldn’t have called for it as a travel if I was a ref.

  • Lan

Movement was too smooth to call a travel… Which is consistent with NBA standards.

  • http://fkjslf.com Jukai

Max: Get your glasses checked, bro. Picked up his dribble then took two steps. When he picked up his dribble, he never stepped.

  • http://fkjslf.com Jukai

I mean, it’s not even close to a travel. He even finishes his last dribble with both legs on the ground before taking two steps.

  • http://www.slamonline.com Angel of Stern

are people honestly trying to say this is a travel? or is that just a joke?

  • http://www.slamonline.com Max

Jukai: I wear contacts, as Lan said, to smooth to be called (especially bcause it’s bron), but it technically was one.

  • IAMORANGE4EVER

If that shot was at the end of the 4th quarter, LeBron likely shoots a LeBrick.

  • AQWORD

^^^^^^^ i like how youre sticking to your weak guns but it’s really simple & let me break it down to you, if it was a travel the ref would have called one & technically thats why you work in a potato factory & are not a ref in the NBA. You could’t even be a ref in your local farm league. It’s funny how clueless Bron hatas now resort to their only option (TRAVEL) because they are too blind in their hate to find any real flaws in his game + It’s called a crab dribble FANNYBOZ ! Whos your favourite player , let me guess from your crawfish breath – Lobe Tryant THE TYRANT ? :-)

  • brando

Yea in the 4th quarter this postseason Lebron always shoots Bricks… Have you even watched the playoffs dumbass.

  • AQWORD

Ey Yo OrangeBoy , Only Bron can beat a team with a 3rd quarter buzzer dagger. If Dallas are good enough to hang with Miami until the last second which i must admit will probably happen in Dallas, we will just have to see who gets their little hearts broken. But truthfully i know that Bron or (Wade) will draw 2 guys & kick it out to the open Mario , Wade (Bron) or Miller 4 DA WIN BABY ! Remember how steve Kerr broke cats back in the finals ? Miami is all about D & team right now, so your weak jab can’t even reach coz i’m palmin your head like a scully son !!

  • Eddie1

Haha man AQWORD just KO’d Orangeboy. AI YO. Illuminati. We takin’ over! DJ KHALLLLEEED. Holla atcha boy. Eddie, 2019.

  • http://fkjslf.com Jukai

Explain why it technically was one.
I mean, watch at the 26th second mark. When the final dribble catches his hands, he’s not even moving his feet. He catches the dribble, takes two steps and launches to the right.
I think this is a joke.

  • IAMORANGE4EVER

So LeBron is now Mr. Clutch? So are “we” just supposed to forget all the LeBricks? Hell no! Bron Bron has a long ways to go before he sheds that LeChoke stigmata. Ha ha ha, real talk baby.

  • Eddie1

Stigmata are body sores @Orange. I believe the word you were looking for is stigma. Ish, illuminati doing a poor job of educating the youth nowadays.

  • IAMORANGE4EVER

^ Stigma – n., pl., stig·ma·ta (stĭg-mä’tə, -măt’ə, stĭg’mə-), or stig·mas. A mark or token of infamy, disgrace, or reproach: “Party affiliation has never been more casual . . . The stigmata of decay are everywhere” (Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr.). See synonyms at stain. Yes, LeBron has the stigmata of choke around him. After each brick it was like LeBron got sprayed by a skunk. That choke still smells strong on LeBron!

  • http://www.slamonline.com Max

He picks up his dribble goes right, left, right = 3 steps.
But we’ll leave it behind us, that’s just how I see it, maybe somethings wrong with my pc :D

  • http://slamonline.com Allenp

yall need to remember that they really don’t start counting your steps until you’ve completely gathered the ball, which LeBron uses to his advantage constantly.
That was not a travel. Watch again how he uses his dribble.

  • http://slamonline.com Allenp

He takes his steps before he ever gathers the ball. That’s how he gets the extra distance on his moves. When he takes those steps, he could actually still dribble again, so he’s entitled to them. It’s not until that other hand comes up and terminates his dribble that the refs start counting steps. Those are the rules.

  • http://slamonline.com Allenp

    IAMORANGE
    that “pl” stands for plural.
You used it as a singular.
    See the problem now?

  • http://fkjslf.com Jukai

Allenp: Yeah man, this shouldn’t even be one of those “I need to explain the rules” thing. Your steps begin NOT when the ball touches the floor on the last dribble but when the ball touches your hand on the last dribble. This isn’t even a shuffle, this is people not knowing basketball.

  • IAMORANGE4EVER

SMH, What a choke by Bron Bron last night. AQWORD seeing that must have broke his/her little heart!

  • IAMORANGE4EVER

@Allenp: And LeBron has shown he can choke in more ways than one.
