What is this? The world running out of rappers or something? This is better than his last one, but his flow is kinda…awkward.

  • WintaaRose

I guess you gota find something to do once your out the playoffs.Monta Ellis is the worse though, his flow is wack.

Taken in context, Lou is pretty decent.

  • http://thetroyblog.com Teddy-the-Bear

    Not bad.

  • DJ 45

Its sad. Someone is trying to step up and bring out something real and all you haters can talk about is stuff that has nothing to do with the concept of the song. But you love these fake rappers in the game thats out right now that`s not talking about anything important. Stop hating and shut up and listen. I guess that saying is true.(In One Ear And Out Of The Other)

  • http://www.bulls.com Rigo Gonzalez

@DJ 45 – I know you ain’t talking about ME loving these rappers in the game right now.
    I hate them ALL.
Nas’ Illmatic >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> anything that’s come out in the last 10 years.

  • http://www.bulls.com Rigo Gonzalez

    I’m sorry, y’all.
I’ve got my hater goggles on today.
In the end, we all need hobbies, right?
    Lou’s is rapping, that’s cool.
Better than what some of the other NBA dudes are doing in their off time, least it’s legal.

Here’s another topic for discussion: Which do you think is the second most important city for hip-hop? (Assuming New York is the most important, since that’s where it started… But if you disagree with even that, which city do you consider the best?):
Is it Philly, Los Angeles, Oakland, Chicago or Houston? Or (insert any other city)?
    I’d say Oakland.

  • Waylonakolipse

Best new MC out of Philly? Truck North.

@Teddy I wanna say LA but Philly has a strong case on two points.
    1. It’s the DJ capital (Jazzy Jeff, Spinbad, Cash Money, etc)
    2. It’s the birthplace of the father of gangsta rap, Schooly D.

When you factor the success of Will & Jeff (first hip-hop grammy), The Roots, and State Prop (big factor in the Roc’s run), Philly is pretty major.

  • Riggs

    state property was a flop

  • http://www.facebook.com/joe.l.brewer3 BlackPhantom

and for Teddy’s question. I’ll go LA. We wouldn’t have songs like “F**k The Police”,”Keep Ya Head Up(even though Pac was born in NY), etc.
