Video: Adris ‘Too Hard To Guard’ DeLeon

Team NIKE’s heart and soul.

Here’s a short profile of Team NIKE point guard Adris “Too Hard To Guard” DeLeon. A homegrown Dyckman product, DeLeon is referred to as the neighborhood’s favorite son. DeLeon competes in Spain these days, but his game and name were developed and made in Dyckman Park. Now on a new team, Adris and his other Team NIKE teammates have to learn how to share the park and coexist for an entire season. Watch as it all unfolds this summer over at 204 & Nagle, and keep up with Team NIKE on its website. Adris and the powerhouse favorites will try to prove their opening performance wasn’t a fluke when they face defending champions Takes No Prisoners tonight at 8 p.m. at the legendary Dyckman.

    He looks absolutely nothing special.
He’s just got a nice handle and is getting easy layups because there is zero help d. Definitely has a weak jumper too, big hesitance to use it.
Wouldn’t get minutes in the NBA.

man….I remember back when the term “best guard in NY” had serious implications. Not hating on Adris cause dude has skills period, but NY streetball just isn’t the same
