In the dying moments of Game 3, the Dallas Mavericks’ defense took away Miami’s two best offensive options, and the Heat’s unsung hero killed them for it.

    Dirk was in a bad spot. He couldn’t leave Haslem or he gets a layup. Kidd and and Marion have to recover faster and allow Chandler to get back down the ball side. Then Dirk would close out on the shooter and trust the help behind him. The way it happened, Dirk had to choose between a jumper or a layup.

    i was called bosh yesterday at the park.
    in the middle of the game some kid told me “its your ball bosh, it was our out of bounce” i didnt know what to make of it. i got kinda upset though.
    my team won the game and i scored more then half of the teams points. i still dont know what to make of it. smh. i hustle to the max when i ball and im not soft at all.

    what a wet shot. Nowitzki was confused. He had to choose between a cutting Haslem and a wide open J from Bosh. The pick from haslem was amazing too

    LOL “Bosh” as playground slang. Awesome. I really admired Chris when he was in Toronto, but he just seems totally different now. He talks to the media different. He even kind of plays different. He just looks like he’s trying really really hard. But trying is not cool.

    Eboy don’t get me started.
    Give Dirk such a wide open shot and he will make it with a higher percentage then Bosh.
    Dirk was the one with the most 4th Quarter points of both teams and didn’t get quality help.
    One pass out of the double team. Bad TO I admit.
    Second a shot in the face of Haslem could have gone in. Please show me the player on your team that had to make the last plays on his own.
    It’s not like Nowitzki didn’t see a cutting or free teammate.

    Haslem was Dirk’s man.
    Chandler went around Dirk to help on LeBron because Dirk refused to leave Haslem and take the assignment like he was supposed to.
    When Bron made the swing pass, that’s Dirk’s rotation. He was caught in a bad space having to contend with Bosh and Haslem, but that position was the end result of bad decisions by him and two of his teammates.

    What Haslem did is borderline illegal depending on the official… Just saying. But I guess the bad calls in this game evened out.

    LeBron’s pass for the game winner and that one-handed bounce off the dribble to Bosh for a dunk earlier in the game were so nice.
