Video: Jan Vesely – Good at Kissing

Wizards’ pick isn’t just good at dunking.

The highlight of last night’s NBA Draft, by far, was the smooch Jan Vesely had with his girl when he got selected by the Washington Wizards. Vesely and his lady seemed bewildered by all the attention their celebratory kiss drew.

    forget the Wizards….seriously, I’m not puttin up with this crap anymore….so now we get a soft version of Javale McGee…what does that help us with??? seriously…my friggin goodness how the world did Marcus Morris drop all the way down to 14??? impossible

    Have you seen vesely play? Now granted I don’t know how he’s going to play in an NBA environment but from what i’ve seen of him, you should be optimistic.

    Marcus has pretty much reached his ceiling. He’ll improve a little, but not much more.
    Vesely’s game is tailor-made for playing alongside John Wall. This kid can run the floor really well and he’ll catch a ton of lobs from Wall.
    He’s not your typical shoot the three Euro, he’d rather take it to the hole and dunk on someone or even post up.
    Great size, at 6’11” he’s 3 inches taller than Marcus and can play the 3 or the 4.
    Pretty good defensively too. Great motor.
    I’m telling you, you’re gonna like this kid.

    I’ve watched tape of Vesely, absolutely nothing impressive…in fact I’ve given him far too much credit even comparing him to Javale McGee, what he is a slightly more atheltic Yi Jianlian…except he can’t shoot a lick. Please. You can’t run any plays through a guy like that, on offense he’s an idle body. He’s just THERE, a description that aptly applies to just about half of the Wizards roster, JUST THERE!!!!! Here you have a kid in Marcus Morris who is a guy with NBA skill RIGHT NOW. He can turn either shoulder, finish with either hand, has a fadeaway and a jumpshot out the the NBA 3. He’s got a high motor and works hard on both ends. John Wall can never reach his full potential without a front court man who he can trust the ball with PERIOD. This idea that “ooh he’s athletic and big, he can run with John Wall- The more guys like him the better” is just stupid…The Wiz have plenty of athletes, plenty, athletes don’t equal basketball players….gosh….I’m done

    his dunking is awesome. we really need to see him play to make a judgement. drafts are fun to watch but when the season begins that’s when it really gets interesting.

    And personally, I’ll just say I’ve never been too impressed with Marcus Morris myself, but to each their own I guess.

    I think he’ll be a pretty good, 17 & 7 guy. He needs to really improve his hands though.
