Video: Kobe Bryant Throws Alley-Oop to Derrick Rose in the Philippines

DRose finishes on the break.

A bunch of NBAers battled a local team in the Philippines early this morning, with the League’s guys coming out on top 131-105 and throwing down a variety of highlight-worthy plays, including this Kobe-to-DRose oop.

    D Rose hops keep on getting better and better every season!! He is the highest jumping point gaurd in NBA History!! He gets so high he just throws it in the damn rim……….and the crowd goes crazy

    A fantastic show by the Nba selection, REALLY got me mad that i couldn’t travel to Manila to see this live last weekend. Good thing Tv showed the 1st game vs PBA Allstars here.
    Apart from the highlights by the Nba crew, the crowd AND the tv commentators were fantastic. Every move, dribble, dunk, long three was accompanied by ooh’s and aaah’s, when Rose got introduced as 2nd to last, crowd chanted M.V.P. and the man had a big smile on his face.
    Parts i enjoyed the most:
    - James Harden: full stop.
    - KD just toying with 6 foot cats then stepping back for long 3′s
    - Tyreke tried an off the glass in traffic boom that hit back rim, the crowd still went GAGA!
    - When Javale did his whole coast2coast jam-block-planking routine, the tv guys utterly lost it. one guy claiming Javale was 8feet tall and defied the laws of physics, then late when a member of the national team joined the crew, the 1st question he got asked was: “so you looking forward to getting dunked on my McG tomorrow”? Priceless
    - Kobe had a dunk off a CP3 off-the-glass pass that was sick. just straight up influenza.
    Good show by the guys.
