Video: Jimmer Fredette’s Rookie All-Star Game

Jimmer, Kemba Walker, Kenneth Faried and other top rooks show out in Provo.

Kings rookie Jimmer Fredette hosted a rookie All-Star game of sorts at BYU in Provo, UT early this fall. Following his 27 points (9-20 FG) and 10 assists, the former Cougar got an incredible send off from more than 11,000 enthusiastic fans. Also featured in this Mars Reel tape are first-round picks Kemba Walker (23 points), Nolan Smith (30 points), Kenneth Faried (23 points, 17 rebounds), Bismack Biyombo.

    Defense aside, I don’t know how/why people think that Jimmer won’t be a solid pro. Just baffles the mind.

    ^Because no one likes a solid pro… It’s “superstar ceiling”, or, “He’s a bum.” He IS going to be solid. At worse he’s a 6th man guy. Every team needs a 6th man. I think he is pretty much Jason Terry, but could be better.

    i was sleeping on Kenneth Faried but he is also going to be a solid pro. Maybe this draft isn’t as bad as people thought.
