Video: Sports Science Basketball on an Aircraft Carrier

Michigan St. and UNC set to take court on an aircraft carrier.

For the first time ever, a college basketball game will be held on a Naval aircraft carrier when Carolina and Michigan State tip off on Friday night as part of the Carrier Classic. ESPN’s Sport Science feature took a look at potential problems that may arise as the game progresses into the night. If all things go according to the predictions in this video expect vomiting and a lot of missed shots. Check the video above for an explanation of these problems, and be sure to check out the game Friday night on ESPN as the college basketball season gets into full swing.
