Video: LeBron James’s Amazing Save and Assist to DWade

The Big 3: All for one and one for all.

Each Miami Heat game offers an orgy of mind-bending highlight plays, and last night in Charlotte was no different. Here’s arguably the best one, courtesy of LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.

LOL I hate when NBK pulls the “have you ever played basketball card?”
This was an incredible play. It was incredibly hard and this wont happen in your Sunday School league. The posturing is getting annoying, NBK.

“If your a grown man it won’t be that hard. If your 6’8″ 265 and jump like an Olympic athlete it will not take any effort.”
ROFL, oh yeah, a grown ass man can easily jump out of bounds, grab the ball while simultaneously falling three feet out of bounds, have the hang time and the court vision to throw the ball 45+ feet over two opposing defenders to get the ball two feet infront of your man who you knew was running out for the dunk.
EASY GUYS! I SEE THIS PLAYING AT MY JCC ALL THE TIME!!!!

Oh god, some of you keyboard warriors….
    Wow. Good night.

It’s a good play like I said. But it’s not that hard. And your “I can come in and judge everyone say my piece like its the most important and dip out like I said something definitely right” attitude is pathetic. I’m not posturing, I didn’t talk about what I can or can’t do. I said it’s not great, amazing. And it’s certainly not better then the full court alley-oop. I understand the pass is difficult for a normal human being. But a professional athlete it really isnt, at all. The awareness to know what to do is pretty impressive, but not the catch and pass. I’m sorry I’ve seen things from lesser athletes that are much more difficult than that at much lower levels of competition. Me saying this is not posturing, it’s not anything more then me telling my opinion from the experiences I have had playing basketball. But it’s cool that you think you can come in tell me my posturing is annoying and then proceed to say I’m wrong with some weird arrogant confidence that your opinion is somehow more important than anyone else’s. I don’t give a sh*t if you disagree with me. But leave your stupid superiority complex to yourself.

  • AQWORD

It’s a shame you stopped playin ball in high school though. Would have been a hell ofa playa. :-)

  • AQWORD

SO WHY DO YOU COME BACK TRYING TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF again & again THEN ?

  • http://dsjkflf.com Jukai

Goodness, you having family issues or is it just that time of the month, NBK? My response about your overbearingness on downplaying the highlight was worse then you reminding everyone you play (non-professional) basketball and then telling everyone that the play wasn’t really that great?
    Oh, well then.
Let me see the highlights of all the other basketball players doing it. I await your response with baited interest, sir.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4J1xRFfh1zU&feature=youtube_gdata_player nbk

So I should have just lied and said I found it to be amazing because if I don’t I’m overbearing. I said my piece and then responded to people addressing me or responses too me. I didn’t come in out of nowhere and call people annoying while I say my equally opinionated point of view. Also, me pointing out that your way of commenting is annoying has nothing to do with my mood, it’s just how you come across and I find it ridiculous, so I let u know

  • AQWORD

^^^^^ somebody get this guy a kotex & a gift card to MACYS ^^^^^ PLEEEASE ! You said you piece but everybody could tell it was weak as it smelled of $#ite . :-)

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4J1xRFfh1zU&feature=youtube_gdata_player nbk

None of what you been saying makes sense. And frankly you seem to be a little to dense to even understand this comment. So say whatever you need too.

  • http://dsjkflf.com Jukai

Oh, hey, look, you returned with 0 footage of any NBA players doing anything Lebron James just did!
    Welcome back!
Saying “I don’t find it amazing” is having an opinion.
Saying “If you guys play basketball you should know that those passes are pretty simple, happen a lot really!” is being a dbag know-it-all who is absolutely stretching the truth. It wasn’t the most difficult of passes, but the hustle to save the ball and the awareness to know his teammate was running back and to turn it into an assist almost instantly makes it easily the best play of the year.
Next time Rondo throws a bounce pass between three people to a cutter, I’m going to say “Oh come on guys. I played div III High School ball, we would throw bounce passes all the time. Easy stuff.”

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4J1xRFfh1zU&feature=youtube_gdata_player nbk

I never said that Jukai. But it’s cool that you like to change my words around to fit into whT your mad about. You said ” It wasn’t the most difficult of passes, but the hustle to save the ball and the awareness to know his teammate was running back and to turn it into an assist” up to there you are basically repeating what I said in more than one comment “Yeah it’s not that hard to throw that pass, it’s not like he hit wade in stride or anything like that. Any basketball player with a background in throwing a ball can make that pass, it’s just about whether they have the awareness and sense of calm to find and make it at the right time.” but I am not going to say it ” almost instantly makes it easily the best play of the year.” because it literally not based on any opinion was not the play of the game. The bosh dunk was the play of the game on NBATV, ESPN, and even Slam. The fact that it’s even getting this much attention is because it was the Heat. If that play took place in the Cleveland v Toronto game it would not have gotten it’s own page, let alone such overwhelming praise for something that really wasn’t that hard.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4J1xRFfh1zU&feature=youtube_gdata_player nbk

And I never said I was going to search for highlights similar too that. That would take a bunch of tedious effort because that play wasn’t really that special, just like plays like it are not that special. So they don’t live on in highlight videos like actual great plays do.

  • http://dsjkflf.com Jukai

If your complaint really was that the ‘pass’ wasn’t that great and people should be focusing purely on Lebron’s court vision, then you need a life. That’s some semantic nonsense right there.
And you’re not going to search for highlights because you wont find them. A 45 foot lob going out of balance to the runner has ALMOST NEVER HAPPENED IN THE NBA’S HISTORY.
    You know, so…

  • http://dsjkflf.com Jukai

Oh, and NBATV had the Lebron dish as the #1 play. That took two seconds to look up. Nice try, though.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxblJIAbGIc&feature=related nbk

Click My Name. Way way more impressive save from out of bounds.
    .
    .
    .
Save’s from out of bounds like LeBron’s are not f*ckin notable when it isn’t LeBron or the Heat. I’m sorry but the player that performed the play is the reason people think it’s unbelievable.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZq5ZgIV8h4&feature=related nbk

Here’s a 9 year old making a half court shot. Which is obviously more of an accomplishment then LeBron James throwing a basketball 45+ feet on a one-handed baseball jump throw.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yGXaZYKfB0&feature=fvwp&NR=1 nbk

Here’s some random high school kid doing a front flip full court shot.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbaKOCyU6bw&feature=related nbk

And a 10 year old. From Half Court. (This is going into a basket. Not hitting the ground somewhere infront of one of the best athletes on earth.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7OLaNA16cA nbk

And Corey Maggette doing something way more impressive.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWRGW3Qs-u4 nbk

Here’s Mark Jackson making a 3/4 length shot with one hand, off the dribble.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7OLaNA16cA nbk

But saves, they aren’t really special enough to live on in highlights, like I said. Because it’s not that special to save a ball, unless it actually goes in the hoop. THat is, unless your LeBron James.

  • AQWORD

LOL ! Damn nbk. You have officially lost it man. The ball DID go into the hoop at the end of the play. Wade dunked it. You did see that right ? There was a nice block by Bosh to ill save/pass by Bron to dunk by Wade.(Big 3 , All for One & 1 for All) Ball in the hole at a fairly crunchy time coz the score was close. Your brain has melted dude & the thing is, everytime you see this play later on in your life & also ‘PLAYS OF THE YEAR’ :-) you will think about this post & of course us & how you couldn’t accept it as a great play & u were bringing up vids of kids & mark jackson. This post must be like Kobe Bryant’s room in Denver a few years back & i hate to say it man but i’m Kobe & youre that girl. :-) gota fairly long flight ahead of us in 4 hours but there are WIFI spots all over the place ,so i’l be watchin’ YOU (Meet the parents two fingers from eyes to you gesture) + i remember all those plays without clicking on your name. They nice. But this isn’t about that.

  • http://Slamonline.com nbk
