Video: Russell Westbrook Breaks Luke Ridnour’s Ankles

Luke, meet Russ.

Oklahoma City took down Minnesota 104-100 in perhaps the most entertaining game of Monday’s slate. And just before halftime, Russell Westbrook did this to Luke Ridnour. Poor Luke.

  • rob stewart

    Co sign Tank

  • shutup

100% agree, although he hits the deck hard, still funny, but they always try to make things seem more exciting than they are.

  • fruizm

“he doesnt get shook”…what type of language/dialect is this??…

  • ve-ball

    basketball dialect clown^

  • rob stewart

“he doesnt get shook” MAKES PERFECT SENSE TO ME.I’m guessing Tank is an older guy like me and fruizm is a younger person.

  • fruizm

i know it makes sense and i know its bball dialect, you idiot (@ve-ball)…but it just sounds RETARDED…

    literally lmao rite now xD

  • galagu

If you’re such a stickler for grammar then why don’t you capitalize and punctuate correctly? “He doesn’t get shook.” That doesn’t take much common sense to understand what he meant.

Whether a tank was there or not, the boy was going down like joc.

  • deafballer

on an internet site the grammar just needs to get the point across… so “he doesnt get shook” is pretty easy to understand no matter how dumb it sounds… and nope he didnt get his ankles broken

“He was not shaken” just doesn’t have the same effect, bruh.
yeah, even if tolliver’s foot wasnt there, he still probably wouldve got shook

  • TonyStarks

Come on SLAM .. not that hard to see that he trips over his teammates foot

rubio had some money passes in this game. the kid is a natural on the dime front

  • EJ

There’s just no way Russ could ever shake Ridnour without help from Toliver.

  • Yesse

And then you can see him running away leaving his assignment as a point.

  • Chukaz

I love how the play by play guy’s like “Minnesota doing a good job defending the pick and roll” as Ridnour gets shook up and Russ gets the lay up

  • Mike From Spain

    ‘he be shook’

  • Jono

Love to see Luke fall, don’t care what the reason is. I’m a Luke Ridnour hater and proud to be!

  • http://bulls.com airs

Russ would never shake ridnour…..?!?!? Oh lord.
    Luke ridnour has haters?

Quack, Quack, Quack, Quack, Quack, Quack.

Even with the trip, he was going to get blown by either way. As hard and Luke fell, you can tell he was shifting all of his body weight in that direction, no way he would have recovered to stay in front.

And as much as I want Rubio to fail, he’s been playing very well so far. I just don’t get the Barea signing. He played well yesterday, but I don’t feel like he adds anything to their team.

  • mgballer

    hit his teammates foot

  • The Truther

Rubio has some skills! he had some beautiful dimes. This wolves team dont look that bad! Westbrook didnt shake anyone, it was funny tho at first but if you saw the game.. westbrook couldnt do anything! two charges cuz of jj barea and one on rubio. westbrook was complaining all night with that crying face he makes.. uhhhh i cant stand him. yes he is a beast somtimes and is extremely atheltic but just horrible attitude.

  • http://slamonline.com LakeShow

Luke Ridinour has haters? LMAO. If you hate good, good, people then that makes sense I guess.

  • fruizm

@dfrance21…..I think they got Barea just to help Rubio with things like translating, etc….during the game last night, Barea would tell Rubio in spanish where the screen was coming from, etc…
