Video: Tyreke Evans Official Lockout Mixtape

‘Reke shows off his vicious handle.

Like many of his counterparts, Tyreke Evans certainly didn’t let the lockout stop him from playing the game he loves. While dominating the lockout games he took part in, ‘Reke broke a lot of ankles along the way and put on a show for the crowd everywhere he went. As the season gets set to begin, look for the young but exciting Kings to put on a show out west. Here’s a mix of ‘Reke’s best plays of the summer, courtesy of HoopMixtape.

    I guess I need to watch him play more, I know he is a great dribbler though, thats always evident….ball handling to me is a combination of dribbling, passing, and ability to really react split-second with the rock at hand. At Memphis he wasn’t your traditional point, more of a slasher/driver with good craftiness in the lane (especially the spin move), and thats really the most I’ve seen of his game…shame…but yeah dude be absolutely showing out in these pick ups…tore Deuce Bello’s ankles up in the Elite 24 scrimmage last year lol, btw Anthony Bennett does a fabulous job staying in front of him in this vid even though he was givin him the works, talented kid

    His arms are way too long lol. Dude can prolly scratch his knee standing up. I also think that helps him cross people in a way.

    I agree, definately one of the best handles in the game.. as a professional, but Hot Sauce the AND1 streetballer has INSANE handles, literally breathtaking what he does, but he can’t shoot at all, lol.
