Wednesday’s Top 25 Plays

[sg-gallery]

With 11 games on the schedule last night, narrowing down the top plays this morning was fairly difficult. If one wanted to, he or she could assemble a “top plays” solely using film of the Heat-Clippers game. Between Lob City, Kobe’s 109th 40-point-game (by the way, he’s averaging 30….what wrist injury?), an excess of put-backs and Dirk’s game-winner, the League was in full effect. As it’s been since opening day, our highlight reel this afternoon is nothing short of spectacular. We’ve got 25 plays, with some rookie tape from Chandler Parsons, vintage tape from Tim Duncan, defense from Chris Kaman(!) and a plethora of dunks from Blake, DeAndre, LeBron, John Wall, JSmoove and others. There’s five games on tonight’s dial, including an intriguing double-header on TNT. Melo and the 6-4 Knicks try to follow up an impressive home win when they take on Rudy Gay and the Grizz, followed by Magic-Warriors, where Dwight Howard will have his hands full with, um, Andris Biedrins and Kwame Brown (both of whom are questionable because of injuries). So, expect a patented 20-20 30-30 game from Superman. Tomorrow’s highlights should be great, but until then, roll through the gallery above to relish in Wednesday’s best 25 plays. Eldon Khorshidi
