Video: Under Armour — Run the Table

Young Buck putting in work after hours.

Brandon Jennings has been balling this season, averaging 20 points, 5 assists and 3 rebounds per game. The reason? Hard work. After hours. When nobody’s watching. Here’s Jennings training in UA’s newest training spot, working through a vigorous shooting drill late at night. Can’t stop won’t stop, Brandon.

What I don’t get is why that is helpful. Why not just shoot? Someone explain this to me.

because it helps him get more elavation during the game, since he isn’t jumping twice in a row in the game

At first I didn’t realize that it wasn’t Brandon who was speaking nonstop.

@nick apart from conditioning, it teaches him to shoot the ball when his body is fatigued, in proper form.
