Sunday night’s All-Star Game featured dozens of sick highlights, though this one may have stood out above the rest, if only because of the sheer intensity with which Russell Westbrook threw down this mean dunk.     Van, Harold Miner is the closest to a PG who has ever been able to do that. But he was a 2 more then anything.
