Video: Female Stalker Interrupts Lakers/Nuggets Game, is Arrested

A woman who has a history of stalking NBA players — she reportedly used to stalk former Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin, for instance — stumbled onto the court during Game 3 of the Lakers/Nuggets series last night. Arena security escorted her out of the gym, and she was booked. Reports the Denver Post: “Sonny Jackson, a spokesman for Denver Police Department said the woman, Savannah McMillan-Christmas, 20, was arrested and cited for trespassing. She is not being detained, but will appear in court on Monday, Jackson said. She walked onto the court toward Ty Lawson just over the mid-court line near the end of the first half. She was immediately escorted out of the arena. Kurt Schwartzkopf, chief marketing officer at the Pepsi Center said the woman did not appear intoxicated, but was disoriented. He said the woman was picked up and taken home by her mother. Jackson said it was off-duty Denver officers at the game who cited McMillan-Christmas and escorted her out.”
