Video: Jay Pharoah Impersonates Stephen A. Smith on SNL

The late-night show has some fun with the ESPN personality.

Saturday night, during its season finale, Saturday Night Live decided to add some in-depth basketball analysis to its Weekend Update by bringing its version of Stephen A. Smith to the set for a web exclusive. The result? An emphatic breakdown of what Stephen A. believes to be the problems with Le-Brawn James’ game.

ESPN needs a panel of Jay Pharoah, Frank Caliendo and Aries Spears. That would be a must see half time show. This s*** is hilarious

The perfect imitation. stephen a. smith sincerely believes that he is bffs with every nba player that he happens to come into contact with as a reporter/analyst. He even went as far as to stalk Allen Iverson during his 10-year stint in Philly hassling AI for 100s of interviews then turns around and fabricates outrageous, baseless accusations of gambling and alcohol abuse. true story.
