Uncertainty still surrounds the Kings’ future in Sacramento after the latest plan to build a new arena fell apart. What happens next in this saga is anyone’s guess. But Kings fans continue to fight and are doing so by sharing their story with the world.

We told you about Small Market, Big Heart—a full-length documentary that recounts Sacramento’s 25-plus year relationship with its only professional sports team, back in October. Now the movie, which premiered locally in Sacramento back in January, is available online. Watch the film in its entirety above.

It’s a pretty good flick, definately worth a watch. My heart goes out to them, whatever the outcome is. But never underestimate the power of greed; especially in broke former billionaires. Can’t the city(and its residents) just buy the franchise from the Maloofs like the GB Packers? Hornets went for $300 Pistons for $325M, so asking price should be in that ball park. The NBA doesn’t have a happy ending because if they move AGAIN it will be a public relations nightmare and the Maloofs sound like they can use a big payday. Not sure how much future revenue they were expecting as owners but all this off court stuff has to be cutting into their bottom line.

And don’t move them to Seattle, that’s like chopping off your arm so you can use it to tourniquet your leg.
