Kevin Durant Takes Over 4th Quarter in Game 1 of NBA Finals (VIDEO)

Not bad for a Finals debut, eh?

Captain Clutch, also known as Kevin Durant, was his usual spectacular self at Winning Time last night. Durant poured in 17 points in the fourth quarter, helping to secure a Game 1 victory for the young OKC Thunder in the NBA Finals.

I’m thinking he’ll go down as one of the 10 best players ever.

Before last night, I didn’t think he could Guard bron and put up above 30. The kids made me a believer in one day.

It was hilarious watching Wade try to defend him one possesion. He just took a few dribbles to a spot he liked, turned and shot like Wade wasn’t even there. Off the dribble, little post ups, spot up, coming off picks, theres not a more offensively complete player in the league. And his passing is only getting better.

He’s become everything Carmelo Anthony was supposed to be

  • BRAVO

NAWWWW!!! KD is on some next level ish. melo was just always outta shape

Remember when dudes were seriously comparing Melo and KD? Those were the days.

He’s just as good as Melo, plus a better three point shooter. He’s also taller and has more length which helps too. Almost 7 ft and plays like a guard. Crazy

Funny to see all the Heatles look to LeForehead to answer and nothing happened. Wade seems to have the same attitude, like, “Where your ‘talents’ at now?”

are you stupid? he scored 30 and wade has 19 its funny last year wade was carrying everyone now this year its lebron

Wade’s gotta step-up. He’s as important to them offensively as LeBron is. That being said, what a waste of talent Melo is/was. 6’8/6’9, strong as an ox yet so quick. Smoothest jumper on the East Coast bar Ray Allen and an absolutely scoring machine. Yet he can’t seem to take advantage of his physical ability and talent to dominate. Watching him in Denver for a bunch of years, esp at the Pepsi Center, you could tell he didn’t want it as bad as Durant. Really sad, we could have done so much damage in the West and challenged the Thunder every year but no, he decided Colorado was way too boring for him and had to play in New York.
