New Shooting Touch Workouts (VIDEO)

The guys at Shooting Touch lay out some ways to improve your “J.”

Shooting Touch, a non-profit organization that strives to positively impact the lives of children both on and off the court with educational and mentorship opportunities, has released a new video showing the latest workouts that it has had its players doing. The routine, called “The Malleolo,” forces the players to work on their shooting with tired legs by putting them through a mini-workout before putting up any shots.     I’ve done this drill for 2 seasons already, in Finland. Yes in Finland, so i don’t really find this drill new.

    I actually love this video. The idea of combining conditioning and shooting all in one workouts really hasn’t been done and could be the future. I think this workout is ok but could do a bunch more using different exercises
