Here’s a video of Lakers forward Metta World Peace making an appearance on Nick Jr.’s “Yo Gabba Gabba!” in Los Angeles. Like always, Ron Ron has his game face on, and gives that extra effort to secure gold in the Yo Gabba Olympics. Um, yeah…

    My nephew watches Yo Gabba Gabba, and I must say, it’s a cool show. Any kids show that features Ron Artest, Rachel Dratch and The Roots is okay in my book.

    Thanks for letting me know SLAM. And now my kids are not going to be allowed to watch Yo Gabba Gabba and I’ll also make a point of avoiding all Nick Jr. content from here on. It’s like this: Ron Artest in “thief” ads, Ron Artest punching fans, Ron Artest talking about drinking during games, Ron Artest talking about people getting stabbed during pick-up games, Ron Artest giving people concussions during the playoffs…and Ron Artest on a kids show. It says a lot about the values of the people who produce Nick Jr’s shows.

    Seems like people these days are a bunch of starstruck media-brainwashed celebrity junkies. Yo Gabba Gabba lowers kids IQ’s…but its got trendy bands and edgy celebrities so parents will just blindly feed it to their kids.
