Paul Pierce Drops 40 Points on the Cleveland Cavaliers (VIDEO)

Paul Pierce turned the clock back against the visiting Cleveland Cavaliers, lighting them up to the tune of a season-high 40 points. The Boston Celtics took home a 103-91 victory.
