Jermaine O’Neal Gets His Layup Stuck on the Rim (VIDEO)

In the second quarter of the Suns/Bucks game in Milwaukee last night, Phoenix’s veteran big man Jermaine O’Neal couldn’t get his layup to fall. In fact, the ball refused to budge once it hit the rim, resulting in a jump ball.
